Hi, I'm Kara. I am a freelance content writer and communications professional. I graduated from Utah Valley University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations. Since then, I have over two years of experience securing media placements, writing content and press releases, and managing social media for companies in the healthcare industry including the chronic pain, glaucoma, BPH, and cardiology space. I have written about pop culture for The Dipp, Cafe Mom, Nicki Swift, and Girls in Work and find solace in creating. I have lived in Orange County, California with my husband for four years and am always looking for new creative opportunities in content writing, public relations, and social media management.
